contractors gone AWOL, and simple projects transfiguring into
catastrophic money pits from the many clients who have come from other
vendors.

Blanchard Construction, we know that the best way to stand out is
simply to provide better customer service; a commitment
to you to NOT do what the others do.
To set your mind at ease, here is what we
WON’T do:

We won’t tell you days after the estimated start
date that we’ll be a few more days or even weeks before we can
get to your project.

We believe in
communication and your project is important.
When we know something that’s important about your project,
then you’ll know too.

We won’t try to guess about what you want, and
then try to argue about it later.

If there’s a question about
your job, we’ll contact you.
|
|
We won’t leave you on the line. |
If you contact us, someone will get back to you as soon as
possible.

We won’t agree to a deadline that we don’t
fully intend to meet and we won’t inform you after the fact that we
can’t meet the due date. |

We understand that it can be frustrating to expect to have your home
ready for that surprise birthday party only to find out the day before
that your party will have to be hosted between fresh paint and nail
guns. The nature of
construction requires flexibility as there will always be the
potential for unforeseeable delays including weather, product quality
restrictions, and of course the crazy-calamities that get in the way
such as ant farms in the walls and baby squirrels in the rafters, etc.
We work very hard to meet our projected deadlines and when we
see that a deadline might be missed, we inform you immediately.

You’ll never hear us say, ‘we’re the
contractors so you have to do it our way’.

We will always provide you with the reasons, logic, and
practicality behind the suggestions we make and we are open and
willing to converse until we reach comfortable, workable solutions for
all parties involved.

You’ll never be surprised by your invoice.
|
|
We’ll give you an estimate or
estimate range (if more discovery is required) before we begin and as
long as the project comes in as specified then that’s what you’ll
be charged.
If we see that the job requires elements that were not in the
original quote, then we will contact you with a revised quote before
we proceed.
